Read through our preorder policy before placing your preorders.
Our preorder program is designed to give you the opportunity to get the newest items in your hands as fast as possible, not to make you upset with us or frustrated. SO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
*** PLEASE NOTE - PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR USE WITH COUPONS *** If you are ordering items and plan to use a coupon code - the PRE-ORDER items MUST be ordered seperately! If you use a coupon we will HAVE to cancel your order. Please follow the rules for Pre-Orders or we will no longer be able to offer these to customers. Thank you!
Reorders are treated like Preorders in regards to shipping.
Why should I preorder products?
PREORDERS are done as a courtesy to our customers. When new items are released we may only have a limited supply on hand and can sell out pretty quickly. Placing a preorder for an item will guarantee that you will receive the item when our first shipment arrives. Preorders also allow us to plan our stock inventory better and will guarantee you get the hottest new products first!
When will I receive my order?
The shipping dates we provide are based on estimates given to us by our suppliers. We will provide the most up to date information on shipment dates in the product description. We will not be able to send individual emails regarding updates so be sure and check there first. Remember that we ship our preorders as soon as our first shipment of stock arrives. Orders are shipped out in the order they are received so the first orders that come in are the first ones that go out.
The estimated shipping date is already passed and I still don't have my order. Where is it?
Please remember that the shipping dates that we provide are estimates only and are SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on unforeseen circumstances. Occasionally there are issues that hold up the manufacturing process that are beyond our control. Some items can take 4 to 12 weeks to arrive, so you may have to practice patience if you are going to use preorder. Again we will provide the most current updates in the product description so check there first. As soon as our stock arrives the preorders are processed first and shipped out.
I am preordering items that have different estimated shipping dates or that are from different companies. When will my order ship?
All orders placed will not ship until ALL the items are in stock. We only make one shipment per order, we do not ship partial orders. For example, if you order items that are estimated to come in Feb 1 and some scheduled to come in March 1, your order will not ship until after the March items arrive. If you are willing to wait that long then it is fine to place your order all together. If you DO NOT want to wait that long, then PLEASE place your orders separately. So using our example you should place one order for the February products and then a separate order for the March products, that way we can ship your February products as soon as they arrive.
I purchased preorder items along with items you have in stock. Why haven't the in stock items shipped?
We only ship one package per order, we do not ship partial orders. Your order will not ship until ALL of the items are in so it is being held until the preorder items arrive. If you DO NOT want the in stock portion of your order to be held, place your orders separate. Place one order for the in stock portion, and a separate order for the preorder items.
I placed a preorder with you for a product and my local craft store has it in stock. Why don't I have my order yet?
Just like with our preorder shipping policy - first orders in are the first ones out - it is the same for retailers who place an order with their vendor. We are all in a line to get our products, and the closer the store is to the "front" of the line, the faster they will receive their order. We can not promise that we will be the first retailer to have the newest product first, but we can promise you that you will get it for the best price we can offer and that we will ship your product as soon as our stock arrives.
I placed an order for preordered items and now I need to cancel it. Is this possible?
Preorders are a way to help us manage our inventory and stock more efficiently so we can keep our prices low and give you the best deals on your favorite products. However, we do realize that things may come up so in most cases, your preorder may be canceled. We do ask that you do not place preorders unless you are willing to follow through with the commitment because with some vendors once our orders are placed we are obligated to follow through with our order even if you cancel.
When will my credit card be charged for my preorder?
Our shopping cart is set up to charge your card when you place your order, not when the product ships so your card will be charged right away. This is the way our credit card processor's programming is set and it is not something we can control. It is also for your safety as a consumer. We do not store any credit card numbers and by having your payment go through our secure checkout, we never see your credit card numbers. Customer satisfaction is a high priority for us and we want your shopping experience with Loves Rubberstamps to be a positive one so we will ship your products as soon as we get the stock in. We value your business and want to be the store you choose for all your future crafting needs.
