How do I know ordering from your company is safe?
To see our commitment to customer satisfaction, you can check our eBay feedback to see that we are trustworthy, honest and ship as quick as possible. We have been member of eBay since 2003, our unique feedback is over 1650 positive transactions with many repeat customers for a total feedback of over 2800 transactions. Our user name is loves_rubberstamps We have 100% positive feedback with 5 star service.
We do not sell any of the items from our store on ebay. Our store is completely seperate, it just gives you a resource to check our reputation.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
We do collect 7% sales tax for all sales within the state of Iowa.
Do you have a return policy?
If you are not satisfied with a non-defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package for a return authorization. Non-defective returns must be in resaleable condition and include all original packaging. We do not refund shipping or pay return postage for items that are non-defective.
Refunds on returned items, once they are received, will be issued in the form of store credit only.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.
I paid with a credit card. When is my card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed, not when the item is shipped. This is the way our shopping cart that we use works. It generally takes 3 days after your card is charged for us to get the notice from our merchant provider that the transaction was approved. This is also true with preorder/reorder items you order - your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed, not at shipping.
I placed an order for an item that said it was in stock and now it is on backorder. Why?
We keep low minimums on our in stock inventory in order to provide a greater variety of products to our customers. This also allows us to keep up with the new releases and quickly changing trends. We place multiple restock orders with our suppliers weekly. Sometimes when we place a restock order our supplier may be temporarily out of that item or there is a shipping delay from the manufacturer. Our shopping cart will allow products to be ordered, regardless of in stock numbers, until we go in on that individual item and place it in reorder or sold status. There may be an instance before we were able to go in and change the item we may have sold more than we had on hand and our restock order is slightly delayed. In the event this happens and the item is not going to arrive in the timeframe of our shipping policy, we will send you an email and let you know.
I want an item that you currently don't carry. Can you special order it for me?
Even if we do not have an item currently in stock in our store, chances are we can get it from one of our suppliers. Please remember that as we are just getting started we will be adding lots of new products and bringing new companies on board as quickly as possible to give you the best selection of products, and it may be one that we are already waiting for it to arrive. Please contact us about your request and we will be happy to see what we can do for you :)
